"The property is spacious, well stocked with wonderful views of the water. Plenty of gathering spaces inside and out. Our group of eight women were very comfortable here and especially enjoyed the outdoor pool area. "

"This house was perfect for our long weekend getaway! The pool was enjoyed by all and being a quick walk to the beach for some shell searching was a bonus. The neighborhood is a gated community so this added an extra layer of security and comfort for all. Thank you to Jose & Madeline for opening your house to us and thinking of so many little details to make it so our stay was truly relaxing and low stress! Only very minor thing we had trouble with was understanding where to park. If we had arrived in the day and not in the rain, we probably would have seen it clearer but took us a bit at 10p to understand we were parking on the street and close to the front fence. We got it figured out though and with that being our only very small issue clearly this is a perfect house for a vacation destination!! Just wish we had had more days there!!"

"Agnes was a very attentive host! I was supposed to arrive on a Monday and my boyfriend was going to meet me at the house.  My plane was delayed and Agnes so kindly prepared the home and provided food and beverages. My plane was delayed an entire day and my boyfriend, who lives in Puerto Rico, drove a long distance to meet me at the airport. Agnes was so kind to let him stay at the rental home, even though he was not scheduled to stay! After I arrived, I was pleasantly pleased with the home. The home is in a very quiet, urban area. Outside at night, there is the most pleasant sound of the Coqui frogs! Being a lover of song birds, I loved the sound of these frogs! The home is a bit warm outside of the bedroom (the bedroom is air conditioned), but we used the fans to cool off the other rooms and were comfortable. While visiting, I still had to work (I'm a teacher), so the second bedroom is set up as an office. I was very pleased with this accommodation since I needed the space for dual monitors! Overall, the place was perfect for us and when we're not traveling with the kids, the home is great for the two of us! We will stay again soon and encourage others reading our review to enjoy the home too! Agnes, thank you for being such a lovely host! Jonathan and Jai❤️ "

"We knew this was going to be a good stay based on the reviews and pictures but our actual expsrience surpassed our expectations. Adam is a one of a kind host. He was communicating with us the whole time from the time we landed at san juan till we arrived at his home. Yes it is at his home and at first we were a but unsure but the rented property is in the back with a private entrance and a beautoful patio complete eith outdpor kitchen, sunshade purgola, landscape lighting for night and a ton of cool wildlife that you nturally find all over the island. We used this as our homebase while in puerto rico and did differen things everyday all over the island. After our stay here we went to a vrbo in isla verde in the city andand missed adams property so much. Yoy will not be upset choosing this property and my wife and i will absolutely be back. Thank you adam and your wife!"
