Pros: Large home with lots of space and room for 2 families of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids each) to spread out. Loved the location, gated community, ocean view, pool, & available laundry. Manuel (the host) was friendly and easy to communicate with. Cons: For our 10 day stay, it was not ideal having to live out of suitcases since there were no available drawers to unpack luggage. "There were two couples and two single people. The house was perfect. There is a bonus outdoor shower. The house is well stocked with kitchen equipment, there was extra sunscreen, aloe, and a cabinet with staples such as olive oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, etc. they have a Bluetooth speaker available. we cooked dinner in several nights, Ralph’s grocery store is about 13 min away. "I found this place to be a beautiful getaway, despite the power outage in the house (which was not the host's fault). It was truly a unique experience. The host was excellent with communication and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for a single family. However, the bedding may not be ideal for larger family gatherings, especially with elderly members. The neighbors were incredibly kind and helpful during the outage. "We had 6. 4 college age girls and 2 parents. We did the rainforest tour, bioluminescent bay, snorkeling, and Old San Juan. It was the perfect location to do these things within equal driving distance. We also enjoyed the pool and beach there plenty. The place was nice and clean.
