"My husband and i stayed here for 31 days,Jan-Feb 2025. In general, the place was perfect for our needs. The pools are nice and maintained. There's also a freshwater pond with turtles, herons, ducks, and loads of iguanas around.The walk to the beach is 5 or so minutes, and the beach is great for long walks. The water was mostly too rough to swim in while we were there.Only a few issues- no oven, which i didn't notice in the description, even a toaster oven would help. No kitchen towels, so i...

"The location is great . Quiet neighborhood and close to the highway . Supermarket and restaurants very close. The apartment was very clean and Carlos (the owner) was very attentive. I recommend this place anytime . We will be back soon! Thank you Carlos !!!"

"We had a real adventure finding the place, but the accommodation was a nice reward. Everything was very nice. The only down side about the location was it was very remote. It took around 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get to the "sites" and we did do our research before going. What we did not know was there is a major bridge out for the next two years. But the locals were very helpful and we just loved the accommodations. We would return."

"The room, itself, was very clean. The only inconvenience we experienced was at the gate and a need for updated information. In regards to the security gate, if no one is in the booth, you can't gain access to the property and have to wait (in our case almost 10 minutes) before you can get back to your room. In regard to "updated information," there is a paper that has a list of restaurants nearby that we found to be old because some of the restaurants we went to go to no longer existed. "

"First off the host was very accommodating from our initial booking. We booked one floor and later needed the second floor and he helped make it all work. The property is off a little side dirt road off a main road that takes you into a neighborhood, the property is not part of that neighborhood. "It really wasn’t in walking distance to anything. Needed to drive to a restaurant for breakfast. Did find a store for souvenirs but not much more. Room was more appropriate for younger couples and couples staying for longer periods."
