"My room did have an ocean view as promised, however the slated ceiling meant i couldnt stand upright at the window. The shower door came off the shower as soon as i got out. I told the desk staff about it the following morning but no one ever came to fix it. However the room was clean and a good size for my needs. There is an elevator, but you have to climb 3 sets of stairs to get there, and only goes to the 4th floor. To get to my room on the 5th floor were 2 sets of stairs. The desk clerk upon...

"excellent location, Very good breakfast, nice staff. Spacious and clean rooms. Excellent view BUT what a pity... all windows have a very big concrete bar mid-height the window that significantly blocks the view when seated inside"

"Good location, central but set back 1 street from the old port. Very easy access to the metro, tramway, and buses. Room was nice, had a fridge, microwave and cooker if you wanted to use them. AC didnt appear to be working however, and the bathroom was a bit dated. The hotel was undergoing renovations specifically for the bathrooms at the time though, so they may be refreshed in future. Would stay again."
