"This was my first time to visit Malta and so happy that I stayed at Hyatt Regency over Christmas. The staff were amazing throughout and as a coeliac , took extra care with preparing gluten free sandwiches. My room was modern, clean had amazing views and the bed so very comfortable. There was a minor fault with the electrics in my room and it was fixed straight away and the next day a bottle of wine and chocolates were delivered to my room as an apology. The customer service at Hyatt Regency is top notch. I’ll definitely stay there on my next visit to Malta."
