"Check in was easy our room wasn’t ready so we were directed to the bar to enjoy a complimentary drink and we decided to have a snack went to pay and that was covered ended up getting an upgraded room the staff were very nice and I would thoroughly recommend this place 😊😊"

"The hotel is very conveniently located in the Sydney harbor close to many good restaurants, transportation, shopping, cruise terminal, and tourist attractions. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. The cost of the stay is a great value considering the location and service. "We arrived an hour before check-in and as our room was ready we were able to check in early which was awesome. Our room was clean and loved the styling and design. Had a swim at the open deck pool, and later a cocktail at one of the bars. Dinner was room-service as was breakfast - all meals were promptly delivered and great quality. Overall a really enjoyable stay. We are local to Sydney but wanted a convenient base to attend a concert at Darling Harbour and this was the perfect venue. "

"Received an upgrade to a King Executive Suite with Balcony, lovely room, unfortunately noise from a vent was bothersome on the 12th floor. Bed was so comfortable, the best I've had ever, especially after travelling half the day and only intrastate after a cancelled flight. There's also a top sheet which we like.
