"We found this 2 bedrooms home delightful for our stay in Christchurch. Very good communication with the host. Access instructions were easy to follow and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful garden in the back yard and lovely seating in the sun just from the lounge. Would highly recommend this place for a stay and hope to be back! "

"Such a stunning view!! I could have sat in the spa soaking that in all day, especially when the sun is shining across the bay! The house is a perfect size for 2 adults with all that is needed to cook and have a few days out of the hustle and bustle. Akaroa is close by and there are plenty of great cafes and bars to eat at a short 10 min drive away."

"We were unaware it was only 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds... but worked just fine because the boys had sleeping bags on one bed. Dishwasher was not functioning safely with drawers unable to take weight so we chose to hand wash our dishes. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay."

"Beautiful property but Old and Needing Maintenance. Power went out in kitchen, couldn't find circuit board/fuses. Toilet in master bath quit working, plumber had to be called. Lamp on wall above bed inoperative and loose. Light above sink in master bath is out. Property needs attention before I would recommend. Shame, great location with potential."

"Everything was beautifully clean and relatively new. The decor is nice and modern but plenty of options to sit in the small studio. I had a beautiful view of the Avon River out my window. Walking distance to all the restaurants and main shopping area. I arrived late at night and everything was set up for me to access my room without having to interact with their receptionist. Will stay here again in future."
