"Great location for us as we know the island well so mid way between The areas we wanted to visit. Spacious and clean. Very well stocked and they left bread, cheese and wine for arrival which was a nice surprise. Some kitchen equipment needs updating but otherwise everything you need for a fantastic stay! "The villa is new, modern and clean. Check in was easy and the host responded quickly to any queries. We were 3 families, 12 people in total and the villa was spacious enough to accommodate us all. The amazing views and heated pool were a bonus. Our flight was late in the day and the host volunteered a late check out without us even asking."

"Location good but would recommend a car to get around. The villa is very large, with lovely outdoor area and heated pool. Kitchen was great with everything you need. The only fault we had was having no hot water, this was on and off (mostly off) which left us with cool showers and Luke warm baths. But overall good villa holiday"

As other reviews have stated air con units are not working and even with the small electric fans at night with some windows kept open it was difficult to sleep, but luckily only mosquito bite between us! "Upon evening arrival, found property uncleaned, and no clean bedding or towels available. Contact with locaL agent allowed a cleaning team to arrive next day, but no property alternative was suggested, and a sleepless night in sundry bits of possible clean bedding followed. the cleaners arived we departed to allow them to work on the property, upon our return found that shoes were missing, scooped up by the cleaners, local agent chased but never found. "Spacious house with a well equipped kitchen. Pool and hot tub were great. Host was very responsive when needed and we loved the location - quiet with a lots of local restaurants if we weren't eating in. "

"The villa was great there was so much space, there were 9 of us in total and not once did we feel on top of eachother. The furniture is abit dated the drawers in the double bedroom need changing they constantly fall off the runners when opening and closing them. The 3 sofas on the lower level are all abit worn out and out of shape which makes them uncomfortable to sit on, however the 2 sofas on the higher level are beautiful and very comfy. The pool is amazing and plenty of loungers and chairs...

"Great villa and great location.. Having a shallow pool for my grandson was brilliant and such a nice touch. Communication with both the owner and Ted who manages the villa was faultless. It was good to see that there was lots of condiments and left over stuff in the cupboard (olive oil/pasta/spices/flour etc as the majority of villas throw everything away..) Good to have a pool table although the pockets are a tad on the small side. Was amazed to find a basket with sun creams in that people...
