"Beautiful stay at the Radisson. Everywhere was clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We went in February but the pools were well maintained and never any issues with getting a sunbed or having somewhere to enjoy a coffee in the sun. Wonderful and relaxing. Great stay and would definitely recommend. This was our first time but we will be back next year!"

"I had an amazing time at this resort. Employees were very nice, the room was big and clean with a great view. The breakfast buffet was up to royalty levels both in terms of choices and quality. The surroundings were great for sport, relax, shopping, public transport, entertainment. I will go back for sure."

"The house was very clean and well maintained, there was everything you could possibly need for your holiday tv cd plus 2 radios and excellent wi fi . What we thought was a lovely touch was a plate of nibbles large bottle of water and a bottle of wine. The hosts Stephane & Michele had gone to a lot of effort to make us welcome unfortunately we never met Michele, Stephane came to see us and showed us around also asked if we had any questions and as we did not have a car to phone him and he would drive us what a lovely man. Thank you again Stephane for the lift from Haría."

"We are genuinely puzzled by some very harsh negative reviews. Yes, the hotel could do with some TLC but it needs to be compared to its Canarian competitors in the same price range. And there we find it good value. We again found it clean enough, bedding and towels changed regularly and with plenty to eat, Large rooms with private balconies nearly all with Sea/Pool views. We had a few maintenance issues, all of which were resolved quickly with the longest taking 48 hours. Food included roast joints, many species of fish, stroganoff, lots of salads, fruit etc. Being mid Atlantic, we would particularly encourage people to try all the varieties of fish even if you have never heard of them. Cost a fortune in UK. Admittedly they are not so good at chips. The staff are friendly and helpful, almost family. Sometimes though they are very busy, there can be 800 guests all wanting breakfast at the same time. They cater to guests from all over Europe so not all the staff are English fluent. Pick quieter times and double check they do understand your English. We tend to use a lot of cliches, idioms and sometimes say “can you” when we mean “will you”. Noise pretty much goes by 11.30pm although the Ents team will get louder as the older winter crowd are replaced by the summer families. Yes, the Spa needs some work but closing it would be a big impact on the guests for that month. Unlike mainland hotels, this hotel is nearly full all year round. And a shout out to Ellis"

"Excellent location in Costa Teguise close to lots of restaurants, bars, bus stops and beach. Nice pool area that gets sunshine all day and loungers always available. Assorted entertainment in onsite pub every night and poolside activities and music. Fantastic selection of different cuisines and dishes at the buffet restaurant and all the staff - from cleaners, restaurant, entertainment and front desk - very professional, polite and friendly. Impeccable service. Small, very basic gym. Had a huge room and bed overlooking the main beach. Unfortunately the patio didn't receive any sunshine at all throughout day and was chilly in the wind. Room had a fridge, cooker, all the main English TV stations and ample storage space and lighting. However no crockery or cutlery in kitchen. Nice bathroom, powerful shower which unfortunately left water on floor of bathroom. There was some building maintenance taking place and was quite noisy. A few very minor room maintenance niggles ie reading light above bed not working and wardbrobe door magnet not holding door shut. Overall a very nice and affordable base from which to explore Costa Teguise. I visited in early February so it would probably be much livelier in peak season."
