"The location of the hotel to surrounding restaurants is great. Very walkable. The room was very clean but found some things a little odd. Shower door swings out and towels are not reachable. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work and no outlet to be found near the only mirror in bedroom. Loved the rooftop bar that had great views. Also woke up at 5:00am to trucks outside our room collecting trash. Really!! However, I would stay here again. "

"Nice hotel with comfortable bed, nice bathroom with good water pressure in a spacious shower. The only negative is that there isn’t one drawer in the room for clothes. They have a guest laundry. If they think you are staying long enough to need to do laundry then they should have a dresser to put your clothes in."

"THERE WAS NO CHECK-IN, BECAUSE THIS PROPERTY WAS SEVERLY DAMAGED BY HURRICANE IAN. THERE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN RESERVATIONS MADE. WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL CAUSE I KNEW IT WAS NOT HAPPENING, I WAS DENIED CAUSE I WAS PAST THE TIME LIMIT. THERE WERE NO CHARGES FROM THE HOTEL CAUSE THEY WERE NOT AND NEVER WERE OPEN. I KNEW THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN BUT EXPEDIA WAS UNCOOPERTIVE IN SAYING I COULD NOT CANCEL EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED WHERE THIS HOTEL AND MANY OTHERS THEY WERE BOOKING WERE LOCATED. I...
