"Como puede ser de hacer una reserva de un hotel afiliado a su página y llegar y encontrar el hotel cerrado desde hace 3 años. Y no tener ninguna ayuda por su parte después de llamar sólo falta que se cobren las 3 noches. Tuve que buscarme la vida para encontrar otro hotel. "Overall it was a great experience. The staff was great. We had to check out really early in the morning be fore breakfast time. The lobbie attendant had already two boxes with to go breakfast ready for us. To me that was above expectations and made a big difference."
