The bellman came down 2 blocks to help with luggage s we arrived after dark and had trouble locating the hotel. A wonderful stay!"

"Charming property, centrally located with view of the cathedral. Friendly personnel at the front desk and in the restaurant. WiFi signal too weak in the suites. Checkout time of 10am is odd. "

"Staff went out of their way to help us when we had some altitude sickness, offering options, including adding anight stay. The night desk, clerk, Katie Loayza especially went out of her way helping us get oxygen and even offering to have a doctor see us if needed, even though she was working alone. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options, view lovely and lots of service right outside the door. "

"I enjoyed my stay in Puno and Kuntur Inn certainly helped with that. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. They helped organise a tour for a fair price. The room was clean and comfortable with a decent shower and hairdryer in the bathroom."
