"We loved this darling house and being right on the beach. We could snorkel a 100 yards from shore since it’s a calm area with a reef. The accommodations were great. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are tiny but when you’re only in there to sleep, it didn’t bother us. Some of the outdoor toys were not in great shape and need to be replaced, like the paddle board and lawn chairs. "We wanted somewhere to stay on the north shore that would feel more local and be near the ocean. This little condo delivered. When they say ocean views they aren’t kidding. The beach was 20 feet from the windows! The unit was clean, provided all necessary amenities, comfortable beds, embraced the beach vibe, and what a view! My boys loved that there were twin needs so they didn’t have to share a bed. Super happy with the stay, would definitely book again. "

"The cottage itself is the second story of the two-story unit. The inside is very attractively decorated Hawaiian beach motif. It hadeverything you could need in a beach apartment with chairs, towels, umbrellas, body boards, etc. masks fins. snorkel. The apartment itself is a bit of a sauna, it’s soaks in that sun and with the humidity of the beach it is very warm and sticky. The owner has yet to fix two windows that would allow more Breeze into the apartment, I really hope she fixes them now...

"Well stocked kitchen, location is wonderful. Luxury is a bit of a stretch to describe it. It was cozy and comfortable enough for 2 people. Not sure how up to 6 people could stay there though. We didn’t have any issues or problems other than repair/construction right outside the lanai (but that’s temporary). Cozy is what to expect. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Inside is like new and the a/c units and fans in each room were so nice. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was great. Good gathering room with a large tv. Slept 10 people with a bed to spare. Location is perfect for PCC, North shore beaches and some amazing hikes that you can literally walk to.
