"Perfect bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave - no oven or cooktop) nicely isolated (with its own entrance) on the back corner of a lovely home right on Kailua Beach. Walk out the door onto a curated backyard lawn with a short path directly to the sandy beach. We visited in February. "Well stocked kitchen, location is wonderful. Luxury is a bit of a stretch to describe it. It was cozy and comfortable enough for 2 people. Not sure how up to 6 people could stay there though. We didn’t have any issues or problems other than repair/construction right outside the lanai (but that’s temporary). Cozy is what to expect. "

"We wanted somewhere to stay on the north shore that would feel more local and be near the ocean. This little condo delivered. When they say ocean views they aren’t kidding. The beach was 20 feet from the windows! The unit was clean, provided all necessary amenities, comfortable beds, embraced the beach vibe, and what a view! My boys loved that there were twin needs so they didn’t have to share a bed. Super happy with the stay, would definitely book again. "
