The property location is excellent. The entertainment that they have most everynight is great. The price of food from The Bistro was a bit steep. Overall it is an awesome place to stay.

I can’t say enough about this property!!! Everything was amazing people the room the pool and everything!! We would stay at this hotel 10 times over!!! My daughter took a spill and they did everything in their power to help us out to get her cleaned up!

As a frequent traveller I thought I was going to be disappointed when I pulled up to the hotel because the front was very plain. However, when we walked in it was quite the opposite. It was a mix of artsy and elegant and very clean. Staff are super friendly. Pool was great! Bedrooms were outdated for a newly renovated hotel but it was still clean and beds were comfortable. The location was amazing! Close to everything! Grocery store, food, the Polynesian center and the best beaches! I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again for our future visits! They are very hospitable and it’s a great place to stay!

Our room was incredibly small. With people flying in from the mainland they bring luggage. Our luggage took up half the room. You could barely get around. Also the price of food there is ridiculous. Other than that it was great. Paying for parking is just ripping off your guests. We pay a lot to stay at your hotel you should at least let us park for free.

I wanted to do a proper review for this property as I don't know how my Expedia account generated a "1 star review" and feel that it's not an honest representation of our stay. My family and I stayed a few days for my birthday and I am beyond pleased with the staff, the location, and the cleanliness of the hotel. But what stood out the most were the in-hotel activities that my kids truly enjoyed. Everything was well though of and intentional. Thank you for an amazing stay, it was my favorite part of our O'ahu trip.
