"This is a modest sized cozy oceanfront unit for two people located on a wonderful beach at Kailua Bay. There are two rental units with separate entries as part of a larger house occupied by the owner. "Well stocked kitchen, location is wonderful. Luxury is a bit of a stretch to describe it. It was cozy and comfortable enough for 2 people. Not sure how up to 6 people could stay there though. We didn’t have any issues or problems other than repair/construction right outside the lanai (but that’s temporary). Cozy is what to expect. "

"The cottage itself is the second story of the two-story unit. The inside is very attractively decorated Hawaiian beach motif. It hadeverything you could need in a beach apartment with chairs, towels, umbrellas, body boards, etc. masks fins. snorkel. The apartment itself is a bit of a sauna, it’s soaks in that sun and with the humidity of the beach it is very warm and sticky. The owner has yet to fix two windows that would allow more Breeze into the apartment, I really hope she fixes them now...
