"This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Great price but most of all the staff was spectacular. Friendly and helpful would be an understatement. The front desk as well as the morning restaurant staff seemed to continually go above and beyond to make it an excellent experience for me. Breakfast display was delightful with always fresh fruit and proteins ( I didn’t eat the large assortment of pastries) I left for 10 days to Cochamo and when I returned they remembered everything we liked and would want. Above and beyond service. Also, location is perfect, 1 minute walk to the main grocery store 2 mins to restaurants and shopping and beach. Highly recommend "

"The stay was excellent! Our suite has a spectacular view of the lake and volcano. The room was clean and tidy, and the staffs are all very friendly. We requested the crib for our baby when we booked and it was there in the room when we checked in. The location is also excellent with walkable distance to beach, many very nice stores, restaurants and parks nearby. 5/5!"

He went over all the amenities and was so helpful when we had questions. The staff in the spa were wonderful as well. I wish we could have stayed longer, but hope to return for another visit soon! "
