"The hotel is amazing, the place is out of this world, the view from everywhere is incredible. The Staff is nice and warm. Areas of improvement: The staff is most of the time trying to identify if you are a guest or an intruder, walking out of the property and back is the same thing, stopping you to ask if you are a guest or not. "Communication was lacking No information came the day before as they said so not easy to be at the door and no information how to get in Hot water was not working in the bathroom sink and water adjustments in the shower and Bidet were very tricky Wifi was hit and miss it worked for only the first day No service so toilet paper was short and towels should have been changed we stayed three days and garbage piled up"
