"Staff, facilities and food were all excellent. The Hotel policy on removing towels from loungers at the pool before it opens is refreshing. Please continue this. Only problem encountered was the Private car transfer from Hotel to Airport. 30 mins late with no communication, we had to phone to see if it was coming. Thankfully Jet 2 checkin is so good with lots of friendly staff so we made the flight. Edinburgh luggage reclaim was awful and took an hour after landing, but that is not Expedia's...

"We had a nice stay, we went in January so there were a lot of retired guests around. For the price it was worth it (compared to the neighbouring hotels which were more expensive) but our room waa directly under the dining room so there was always noise when they moved the chairs around. Other than that the service was very friendly and there is a spar conveniently located in the hotel."

"When i got to there apartment i was told there was no booking it had been cancelled this was all over the phone number provided on the door of a so called reception . Even though i had my booking on my phone , the phone number is for the Nido del Aquila hotel , I then got in a taxi to the Nido to show the reception my booking, She then phoned her manager who was saying my booking had been cancelled and had no remorse that we had know where to say at 10pm on a Saturday night . "Just back from a fantastic stay, the hotel is beautiful, clean and has excellent facilities, the staff are super friendly, the only thing to note is to get into the town there are 143 steps down to the street level and around a twenty minute walk to the shopping centre, the steps up are a bit of a killer, however it’s super easy to get a taxi and only costs €5, this hotel over looks the marina and the sunset from the balcony was stunning, we will definitely be returning 😍"
