"Good service in all areas. Always smiling, welcoming and knowledgeable hosts and serving staff. The employees who are responsible for the miniclub etc. deserve a particularly high praise. Unfortunately, there were quite frequent outages on our room TV, but it was tolerable. In the rooms on the 1st floor, the view is unfortunately very disturbed by safety nets in relation to the rocks."

"This was our seventh visit to this hotel and always feels like coming home. A relaxed holiday in wonderful surroundings. I had emailed requesting a certain room, which we had, so that was very much appreciated. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. "Great location and views. Great pools and activities for the kids. Rooms were nicely renovated and well equipped. Good to have so many drinks stations around the pool. Hotel was very busy during the week we went which meant finding a free table for dinner was stressful. But the food was good, with a good range for us and the kids. "

"We only wanted a little 5 night break, we normally do book all inclusive but decided self catering as only there for a short time, we arrived midday and our room was ready and what a suprise we had, over looking the pool, lovely big balcony with sunbeds to relax on if not wanting to go to the pool, the apartment itself was lovely and bright, 1 bedroom and bathroom and a sofa bed ( that was the only let down) it was rock solid unfortunately, this could easily be fixed with a topper that they use...

"When i got to there apartment i was told there was no booking it had been cancelled this was all over the phone number provided on the door of a so called reception . Even though i had my booking on my phone , the phone number is for the Nido del Aquila hotel , I then got in a taxi to the Nido to show the reception my booking, She then phoned her manager who was saying my booking had been cancelled and had no remorse that we had know where to say at 10pm on a Saturday night . "Just back from a fantastic stay, the hotel is beautiful, clean and has excellent facilities, the staff are super friendly, the only thing to note is to get into the town there are 143 steps down to the street level and around a twenty minute walk to the shopping centre, the steps up are a bit of a killer, however it’s super easy to get a taxi and only costs €5, this hotel over looks the marina and the sunset from the balcony was stunning, we will definitely be returning 😍"
