Enjoy the luxury and breathtaking location of Villa Del Mar and the beautiful Bella Sirena Resort. This 5 bedroom/5 bath home has it all! Soak in your private jacuzzi while listening to the ocean surf, entertain on the expansive patio and upper sun deck or relax in the negative edge pool located just steps from your front door. Spend your next vacation in this truly unique home by the sea. Villa Del Mar will exceed your expectations and set the perfect tone for your vacation.

Many guest request early check-ins. In peak season, this is difficult because the maids need time to clean. Please call me at 11am on the date of your arrival and I will have a better idea when the property will be ready.
Located in Puerto Peñasco, this villa is on the beach. The Links Golf Course and Competition Hill are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Islands and Protected Areas of the Gulf of California and Alto Golfo de California Biosphere Reserve. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and ecotours nearby.

DO NOT book if your group has more the 14 travelers. Larger groups may choose to rent a combination of our villa and additional resort condos.
We welcome adult only groups ages 25 and up. We do not rent to college groups or adult groups under the age of 25.
Provide your own firewood for the fire pit and life vests for the kayak and paddle board. Use caution when using pools, jacuzzi, fire pit and ocean.

Annual Friends Mexico Trip
This has been our 3rd year in a row staying at the Villa's and it never fails to exceed our expectations and beyond. Can't beat the location, amenities and security. Our favorite part is how close we are to the beach, private hot tub on patio, and close to the swim up bar, pool and restaurant.

Home is stocked with everything needed to make a great vacation for all ages and for large groups. Grilling on the beach is a highlight and entire resort is perfect for families.

We’ve stayed in this villa multiple times and it’s always wonderful. Everything was perfect, resort was clean and staff were friendly. The views from this villa are breath taking. It doesn’t get any better than this. Villa is steps away from water. Located in a beautiful resort with the friendliness staff. Home was very clean and has everything you need to just release and have a great time!

60th Moms Birthday/ family gathering
We had a wonderful time at this villa with my brothers and there families to celebrate our moms 60th birthday and to enjoy some Sumer vacations at the same time with the entire family, children had a blast since we had everything we can as for just there steps from our doors, ocean, Hot tub, pools and lots of beach front fun!!! Highly recommend this place for any occasion, we will definitely come back again soon!!!

We have been staying at this villa for the past two years everything was great, but need to replace mattress on all the beds. Also a table would be nice to have outside so we could eat instead of going inside. Everything else was great we really love staying here.

Overall this is great property.
Some small maintenance items need to be addressed. Great location and access to beach. Need some written directions on how each TV set operates. It would be nice if they had a book with all the instruction written out in simple instructions. Still one of the best properties we have stayed in over 35 years and numerous trips to Rocky Point.

Perfect as always
Rocky Point can't get any better if you stay at Villa Del Mar. We've stayed here many times and it's always fantastic. Perfect set up for couples as everyone has their own bed/bath set up. Ocean views are incredible. Spa was clean and heated up for us upon arrival, house was cooled, clean and ready for us. Plenty of towels and basic supplies, very well stocked. We didn't need anything while we were there and had a fantastic weekend. We're already looking forward to our next stay here!

Amazing Beach location
This property and location was amazing for a fun beach experience with our family and friends. It's literally right on the beach side with plenty of room for beds, sitting, and cookware. We had no issues and had a full house amongst 3 families with teenagers and adults (14 total). HIGHLY recommend staying here. Furnishings, towels, and everything you need to enjoy your stay are available. Wrecked at the Reef is close along with Banditos for food and entertainment. We drove to town (10 min away) for fun shopping experience.

Amazing vacation with a great place to stay in the most perfect location! Fit all 11 of us comfortably. TV operation instructions would be helpful for each TV! Use of AC and Heat would be helpful. Kitchen was stocked and Keurig was appreciated. May want to change listing to include coffee maker AND Keurig. Loved having a washer and dryer for all the beach towels!

Beautiful home, beautiful view
We cannot wait to stay in this beautiful home again. Villa Del Mar is absolutely stunning and well taken care of. The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need.. and more. We had 8 adults and three children. There is plenty of room to spend family time, and everyone had their own space, (the bedrooms are large) and the family room/kitchen are was huge! Relax on the patio, the deck or the sand, its all right out the back door! The owners are fantastic to rent from and checked in on us after our arrival. They even shipped my daughters favorite lovey that was left behind. We will definitely be staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the Villa met everyone's expectations and we left it in excellent condition for housekeepers with a very generous tip. A cabinet door in garage was broken upon our arrival and outside shower didn't work but other than that perfect. I have a pic of damaged cabinet; would you like me to forward it to you?
