Newly Listed, fully remodeled and highly upgraded, this 1 bedroom ,1 bath condo offers stunning views of the Sea of Cortez.
The Condo is decorated with a modern Boho interior and it is ideal for couples or families.
Rising directly above Sandy Beach, this Luxury Ocean Front Resort is conveniently located near shops and restaurants.
This a 24 hour guarded gated Resort that includes a Spa , Bar, Restaurant, Gym, Pool Bar and convenience store.
This condo has been recently completely remodeled including brand new appliances, furniture and fixtures..
In the bedroom there is a Top of the line memory gel mattress for a restful night sleep and a 55 inch smart TVs with Alexa voice control.
The living room has a large sectional/sofa sleeper with a 65 inch smart TV and an Alexa echo show for music.
Come and enjoy the best Sunsets and find your new home away from home.
There is a pool bar and plenty of lounge chairs by the pool as well as tables .
As you step out to the beach, you will find Palapas and lots of lounge chairs.
Spa Services are also offered in the privacy of your condo when requested and depending on availability.
The Resort has two large Jacuzzis. The one directly in front of the condo is for Adults only.

From the moment of booking, Cece was great to communicate with! Check in was a breeze and the condo was enchanting and beautifully decorated. It had everything we could possibly need for our stay and what she didn't have we could find at the store downstairs. The views from the patio were absolutely breathtaking.
