From the moment we arrived, the tranquil sound of waves greeted us, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The home itself was a masterpiece, seamlessly blending modern luxury with coastal charm. The porches were the favorite both day and night with there views of the turquoise Sea of Cortez. The interior was a sanctuary of comfort, featuring plush furnishings, crisp white linens, and tasteful décor that reflected the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The open-concept living space connected effortlessly to the modern kitchen with its Spanish feel. Perfect for preparing meals to enjoy with the views from the deck and the expansive balcony overlooking the sea. Every bedroom felt like a private retreat, each with its own ocean view, allowing us to wake up to the sight of gentle waves kissing the shore. The outdoor space was the highlight of the property. The beachfront sandy beach stretched for miles, perfect for sunrise walks or simply soaking in the peaceful ambiance.This Vrbo truly captured the essence of paradise. Whether we were sipping diet cokes on the balcony or eating fresh mangos on the beach. This is a must stay. "

"The house was great with two exceptions, they need new shower heads and it’s a little further from town than expected. Other than those two things the house was great. Right on the beach about 25 yards from the water depending on the tide. The house was clean and provided adequate amenities. Oceano rental management was awesome and very helpful. The only real issue with the house is the location being further from Rocky Point main than we usually stay. The house is about 30 minutes from RP and the road is not the best and there are no amenities close like stores or restaurants . I would absolutely recommend it if you don’t mind staying further away from town."

"This is our second stay at the mermaid house. Great beach right off a covered patio. Home w great views. Comfortable outdoor furniture. Beach is not crowded. We saw dolphins playing w a kayaker right in front of the house. The next day we enjoyed watching the largest squadron of pelicans I have ever seen feeding in the waters right in front of us. "

"We have stayed in this area for years now. While they are still building mid rises and high-rises throughout the area. This home gave us the beach to ourselves. Everyone in our party had a great time.The home is nicely appointed.When it the a c is plus at certain times a year"

"The house was comfortable and pretty clean. Access to the Mayan was a great bonus. There was an issue at check-in. I asked about early check- in and was told it would be $40.00. I said that was great but asked if it was guaranteed early check-in as we didn’t want to drive all that way and then have nowhere to go if the unit wasn’t ready. We were told yes it was guaranteed. We left earlier and of course when we went to check in we were told the unit was not ready so we had to sit out on the deck in the heat for a little over an hour while it was finished being cleaned. Some more direction for check out would’ve also been helpful. There wasn’t any information in the book in the unit nor did I receive an email so we had to call the property manager on a Sunday morning and ask where to leave the keys, etc..Those were minor issues and we had a great long weekend!"
