"The hotel is in the perfect spot, it is in the center of everything, within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. This hotel is right across from yhe ocean so the views from the rooms are amazing. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Th breakfast buffet was great and there was a largevariety of fruits, vegetables, eggs and many many more options, I have dietary restrictions and always had lots of different foods to choose from. The rooms are simple but very clean. Overall a great hotel, I had a wonderful time during my stay and would highly recommend it. "

"Had a great stay here. Staff all extremely friendly and couldnt do enough for us , from the receptionist on arrival, to the cleaners , to the breakfast staff - nothing was too much trouble. Pool cleaned every morning while we breakfasted. Room was more than big enough , with a small balcony and some cooking facilities ( we didnt use ) - Microwave, hob and fridge , So much more than expected for the price. We recommend paying for breakfast as it was an awesome selection. In a nice area with plenty of bars and restaurants. We rented a car , but sometimes a little difficult to find a parking space ( though we always eventually found one nearby after approx 5 - 10 mins driving around ). Unsure how you would cope here without transport. We would definitely book here again !!"

"Had a great time, rooms were great with fantastic sea views. Staff were friendly and the food, swimming etc were good. The only feedback I'd provide is the room keys, we had to go to reception daily, to get them unlocked and, no, they weren't near mobile phones. "

"Nice hotel, really helpful reception staff. Bar staff a little under staffed. Bedrooms and facilities generally are great. Air con in the room is clearly restricted to around 20-21°C which was a little to warm, despite the controls reading 16."

"The hotel had a lovely view of the volcano and the mountains, but it was quite a long walk away from high street down a steep hill. It wasn’t a problem to do the walk a couple of times, but definitely not every day. There was a little bit of a language barrier, which we didn’t expect, because we knew Tenerife is a popular holiday destination for many, but the staff were lovely, in particular one of the ladies, whose name I didn’t unfortunately get, who was very helpful and patient when I was putting my poor Spanish skills into practice. There was good entertainment during the day and in the evening. Dani was great and made us laugh many times. It is a hotel with great potential, but still with some work to be done, as it is so far from centre of town, they have the difficult task to make sure most of what one might need on their holiday is provided and they seem to be going in the right direction (there were some repairs being done during our stay). We would love to return in a few years time to see how they’ve grown."
