They provided personalized advice tailored to our needs, answered all our questions with genuine friendliness, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible. The location is perfect—just two blocks from the Malecón (seafront) and about a seven-minute walk to Playa Mann. It made exploring San Cristóbal easy and convenient. And let’s not forget the family dog—we even fell in love with him. Casa de Nelly isn’t just a place to stay; it’s an experience filled with hospitality and heart. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to friends and family."

"This is a family-owned and run hotel that is next to their restaurant and tour business. We soon became family even though we did not speak each others' languages. It is next to the water and pier. We loved sitting out front and listening to the sea lions bark and watch the crabs scurrying about their business. The coveted blue-footed boobie visited each evening."

"First time in Galapagos and the staff and management at the Indigo made it the most amazing trip. They were very helpful in booking different activities and restaurants. The staff also made great drinks and food was excellent at the hotel. It is by far the most luxurious option in Galapagos. While some write about it being a higher price point, it is fully worth it for the level of service, cleanness of rooms, quality of food and hotel.
