"They offer parking but it is on the street and much later they tell you that the parking is someone else's and they are not responsible. The shower does not work, the bathroom smells bad, there is a lot of noise during the night and it does not look at all like the images they publish, the rooms are very small and with poor hygiene"

"This is a very inexpensive room in a non-descript area. Value? Sure. But far, far from how it's visually depicted. Tiny room. Very cold at night. Understaffed, friendly but sloppy because you don't get the feeling they'd know decent if they saw it. If Hotels.com includes a lot of disappointing experiences like this, I'll think twice."

"Les sugiero que hagan tengan su recibo de pago guardado y que si quedan en un acuerdo con la dueña sean bien específicos, porque por lo que escuche a la señora siempre se le olvida en los términos que quedó con el cliente y quiere cobrar de más, tampoco le gusta que hagan su reservación por ebook porque dice que le quitan el 20% y se enoja con los clientes, hace comentarios a modo de reproche y luego se quiere desquitar cobrandoles el porcentaje por hacer su reservación por internet. "Apparently a dangerous suburb but we had no isses. Secure parking behind a gate. Ladies were super friendly but didnt speak much English. We were in Room 19 which was basic but with a nice big bed and great shower. Power plugs to charge laptop/phones dont have a grounding plug so make sure you plan that. Telephone in phone doesent work. Room was clean and TV worked reasonably well. If you go out and turn left there is a terrific burger place. I got the biggest one for 95MXN or if you go right...
