A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders, with access to the pool area and to an iconic dinning spot. The villa features four wonderful bedrooms, two with en-suite bathroom on the first floor and two with a shared bathroom and an en-suite WC at the ground floor allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds, and 4 more guests (preferably children ) can sleep in the two sofa beds (0.80x2.00) in the living room area and in the corner couch (0.80x2.20).

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
