We found the location to be very convenient, the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, and the main areas were clean and tidy. I do think it's helpful to point out though that we were somewhat disappointed with a few aspects. The third bedroom had a full bed (not queen(?) as the description states) and it was also in a very small basement room that also served as a laundry room.
