"We liked it very much with the following exceptions. Deck needs a good power wash and need a blower available to clean daily. Way to difficult for a broom. The living room couch is awful as is the television, Both need to be replaced. Other than that it was very clean and well kept. We liked it very much and would rent again. "

The sliding glass doors downstairs need work as they were almost impossible for us to open. Mini Splits were confusing to operate. The upstairs deck was an amazing place to sit and enjoy the expansive sea or watch the sunset. "

"Horrible: We rented this house for 3nights/4 days but left after the first night due to the bad air quality. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING, and the thermostat does not work. It was over 91° with extreme humidity. Our family had to SLEEP IN THE BASEMENT to keep cool & breathe. Only 2 window fans, and box fan provided. The WiFi never worked, so we used up all our data. "The house was perfect size for my husband and I. Located in Brewster, the house was convenient to all the Cape has to offer. We traveled with our dog who loved exploring and hiking on all the conservation areas in Brewster. The house was spotless when we arrived and the management was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Definitely would.consider.booking here.again. D "
