"This was exactly what we were looking for after a busy week in florence and Rome. Quaint spot with a private pool. We cooked supper the first night on our private patio on a little charcoal grill and then the second night cooked inside our own little kitchen. Absolutely loved it. And the adventure of trekking up the hill on narrow roads made it a perfect little adventure"

"Der Norden der Toskana ist geprägt von alten Häusern aus dem 17ten Jahrhundert. Das Anwesen wirkt wie eine alte Burg, die liebevoll hergerichtet wurde. Das Anwesen ist weitläufig, so dass Kinder prima spielen können und auch genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten bestehen. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett. Die Ausstattung ist landesgemäß spärlich und man sollte einen Kaffekocher mitbringen. Es gibt nur kleine Mokkakocher. Außerdem gilt es zu beachten, dass der Pool und der Whirlpool nur bis 20:00 Uhr...

"Wir hatten eine super tolle Zeit in diesem Haus! Es ist groß genug für 6 Personen und insgesamt ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Haus ist recht abgelegen, was für uns aber super war. Wenn wir essen gehen wollten, sind wir etwa 30 min ins Dorf gelaufen. Die Landschaft ist sehr schön, es war trotz der Hitze grün und idyllisch. Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns der Pool und das riesige Grundstück. Die Kommunikation mit Luca und Eduardo war auch super easy. Vielen Dank!"

"Haus und Garten sind wunderschön und hoch am Hang gelegen mit Aussicht aufs Meer. Auto ist notwendig. Die Küchenausstattung sollte überprüft/ ergänzt werden. Es gibt nur 3 normale Kaffeetassen und kaum passende Topfdeckel. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen."

"I get the feeling the owners have just bought this house & are just starting to rent it out. It seems they have upgraded some parts of the apartment but others are old i.e. the kitchen doors look new, but the carcasses are very old. The lounge felt like it was missing a tv. There was a sofa for 2 facing a wall, with your back to the views of the hills, which felt odd. Personally, when I book an apartment for 4 people I expect 4 people to comfortably be able to sit in the lounge at the same...

"Alberico's house is simply enchanting and so is the hamlet of Ponzanello. You really feel like you're stepping back in time (except you have access to all the modern amenities which is great)! The location is perfect if you have a car, about a hour drive to Cinque Terre, plenty of vineyards and other medieval villages to visit in the surroundings."
