"3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - this updated apartment is perfect for families looking to stay in Parma. Parking garage outside the ZTL only a few min walk away if you are driving. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The elevator in the building is a plus too!"

"The property was changed on us without notice. The unit they gave us was up two flights of steps. I purposely chose a ground floor unit as I'm disabled and cannot climb step. Upon entering the property, there was only 1 working fan for the entire unit. It was over 90 degrees in the unit. Again, I am disabled and cannot handle that kind of heat. "Emanuela and Davide made sure we were oriented to the property, which is equipped for every traveler's needs. The apartment is spacious, uncluttered and comfortable. We were very able to reach, within a 5- or 10-minute walk, the places we wanted to visit, along with a selection of great restaurants, trattorie and osterie. "This was one of 3 rentals we did on our trip to Italy, and this was the BEST apt we booked. We only stayed 1 night here as a side trip but this apt was beautiful. The hosts were amazing! The check in process was so easy, they remotely let us in, and they let us leave our bags a bit longer after checking out so we could see a couple more things before leaving. "We really enjoyed our stay, right from the start we where made welcome. The surrounding views at the pool are excellent. The apartment is exactly as described and we found it nice and cool. The rear exit door to the road was an advantage for getting to the supermarket and for walks. Plenty of nice villages around to explore within walking or short drives. "The apartment was perfect for us. Was nicely finished and very clean. We had everything we needed and the treats were very much appreciated. Very close to shop[s and restaurants. As a bonus, the people in the fruit and vegetable stand outside were extremely nice to us. The parking was easy to access, just outside of the ZTL. Was not a problem for us to walk to the apartment with our luggage. "
