"We are having trouble understanding where to park, one of the assistant managers helped us located the parking garage by accompanying us in our car and we making back to the hotel sharing options in the area - quite an above the ordinary service - sorry I do not recall his name - the other service was excellent too. May this trip a bit frustrated related to the rainy conditions , still , the services given By Ms Kym and quick notice of my husband cake for his 70th birthday is really appreciated and I can’t thank you enough for such gesture !
