"We recently stayed in this apartment as a party of four with two young children. It’s in the perfect location, the central part of town and easily walkable to a great variety of shops, museums restaurants, and landmarks. Our host Cristina was incredibly responsive. Our check-in was easy and she walked us through everything so we could immediately settle into the apartment. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. We truly felt like we lived there. The only criticism that I have to say is you...

"Amazing apartment just a few minutes walk to the gate of lucca. Massimo was a wonderful and helpful host. Parking inside the property meant we didnt have to worry about finding a spot etc. Would highly recommend this place. We stayed in late fall / early winter and the power cost was approximately $15 per day for heat etc. So please budget this in your cost. Very comfortable and elegant property. "

"My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

"Wer Ruhe,Natur und Gastfreundlichkeit erleben möchte,ist hier richtig. Prato verde ist mit den Appartements und dem Restaurant ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für den perfekten Toskana Urlaub. "Loved our little apartment! The accommodations were clean and spacious, it had every thing we needed including umbrellas for the rainy days! It was close to many of the attractions. Vinnie was a very nice and gracious host. Presented us with a delicious bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay! We’d totally recommend Vinnie’s apt. to others!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. The bikes are needed every day to reach the city center, so be ready to ride some beach cruisers to most places you go. The beds are VERY firm. Our host was kind and helpful."

"Not sure we can do it justice! From the personal greeting and tour when we arrived at the apartment, to the ease of communication when we had questions, Gabriella is a more than gracious host. She worked very hard on making sure our trip was just as we wanted and supplied loads of suggestions for restaurants, bakeries and day trips. The photos do not do the space justice - roomy, comfortable, and the 3 bathrooms are a bonus. The kitchen is very well stocked and there is a grocery store within...

"This is a lovely and comfortable apartment in the heart of Lucca. The kitchen was fully equipped to be able to prepare meals if desired. The bed was very comfortable. We were steps away from everything we needed, including groceries, coffee and amazing restaurants. The train station was a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. Cristina was very helpful, even sharing her favorite restaurant recommendations. I can’t wait to return!"

"The property’s photos are completely accurate. It is a wonderful place in an ideal location. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the serenades in the square below in the early evening was my favorite part of the day. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom showers spacious. I’ve visited Lucca many times but this property made it my best visit."

"Hotel Ilaria is a lovely hotel in the cute town of Lucca. It is quiet, clean and comfortable with a perfect location for exploring the town. Breakfast was delicious with lots of healthy options in addition to typical Italian pastries. The evening complimentary happy hour was wonderful. I met some lovely fellow travelers and had a great time. The best part of the hotel is the staff. The young man at the front desk was extremely kind and welcoming. He helped me purchase tickets to an evening of opera as part of the Puccini festival. It was wonderful. This one staff member (apologies that I didn’t write down his name) made my stay extra special with his kindness. And he looked great in the green hotel uniform suit (as did the young woman too). Thank you for making me feel that hotel Ilaria in Lucca was my home away from home. "

Perfect Location and Lovely Property.

"A smiling friendly welcome, spotlessly clean large room with a super comfy bed and a spacious bathroom with excellent big shower. What more do you need. Lovely property in the old town only a short walk from the railways station. Ideal for exploring or relaxing. Nice little bar on site to with a good selection of drinks including local artisan beers."

"A fabulous place to stay with a fabulous staff a beautiful view of breakfast second to none. Just an amazing experience. If you’re traveling to Sienna you need to stay here. Don’t even look anywhere else. Just stay here. It’s the nicest place around. The property is gorgeous. The rooms are amazing Fabulous place. Fabulous staff fabulous food fabulous views walking distance to everything thank you to the staff, you folks were incredible!"
