"Hard to find. We had to ring owner and we wete literally outside. Not hotel bit apartment within a block of apartments. Very secure- 4 keys to get into your room. Booked lakeside view which could be seen from side window. Apartment was huge wuth a fantastic bathroom and huge bath. Owner made aware we celebrating my birthday and he very kindly left a bottle of prosecco in room. Very thoughtful. Lots of bars/restaurants in locality. "

"The very first thing I would say is that the location is PERFECT! Central to everything! The bed,pillows and mattress were extremely nice!!! Downsides, you cannot park nearby, no big deal except for the added cost. The manager is very nice and responsive. Improvements would only be additional lighting in the bathroom"

"The area was tucked in a quiet part of Como Town, but was a relatively easy walk to the path by the Lake. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was fantastic. I am gluten sensitive and they offered me gluten free bread and cookies which were tasty. We would stay here again. "

"Our stay was amazing. We got in late so just went right to sleep but when we woke up and went downstairs to the cafe it was perfect. We started with cappuccino, fresh squeezed orange juice and croissants and finished with ham and cheese toasted sandwich. Guillano and the rest of the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The small town location was the perfect spot to start or trip. "

"Perfect accomodation and perfect hosts, Silvano and Milena were so kind, welcoming and helpful. Victoria makes the best scrambled eggs 😊. Good selection of fresh products for breakfast and freshly squeezed orange juice. Room was immaculate and housekeeping every day. Highly recommend a stay here and we would love to stay again "

"The B&B is conveniently located, with lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to Lake Como. The room was clean and comfortable. Terrance and kitchen were shared with other guests. The terrace was a nice place to sit and play games as a family. Breakfast was generous and staff were very friendly. "

"Such a lovely place to stay with a courtyard for off-road parking. The Italian owner helpfully spoke good English. He said he also spoke other languages as well. It is right on the edge of the lake and the front rooms have a view over the lake and the back rooms have a delightful view of the mountainside and over look a courtyard with typical Italian buildings. Great two nights stay.

"The location was in a great location to get to and from Lake Como and also Lugano (Switzerland via train and bus). It was also very easy to get to from Milano Cetrale. The Hotel itself was better than expected given the rate and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We asked for breakfast at an extra cost and again, wasn’t disappointed. The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows but as that’s a very personal thing to get right, you can’t please everyone! I’ll be looking out for B&B hotels in other locations. "

"We booked a last minute stay at this hotel for New Years Eve. We booked two rooms, and both were upgraded to have a lake view, and the hotel was kind enough to give us connecting rooms since we were there with our two tween sons. The hotel was in a PERFECT - PERFECT location!! The rooms were comfortable and had balconies. We would have had a perfect spot to watch all of the NYE fireworks, if not for the fact that our sons wanted to be on the lakefront. :) I absolutely recommend this hotel for a stay in Como!!!"
