"Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."

"Great stay and location. Very comfortable beds and beautiful setting. Customer service at restaurant not so great. Paid for the breakfast which didnt offer much for the money and seeing a espresso machine asked for a coffee but was told to serve myself out of the automated machine while staff were making themselves coffees from the espresso machine! 🤔 "

"My stay was horrible. I did not know that there was no air conditioning. I tried to speak to the management to allow us to cancel part of the stay and move to another hotel. They were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also the rooms were very dirty. "

"Good news: the property and surrounding setting is beautiful. Your accommodation is a small apartment rather than a hotel room. The bedroom is separate. If, like us, you wanted to visit several spots in western Provence without changing rooms, this did serve us well. But be aware that everyplace from Aix-en-Provence to Avignon is 30 to 50 km away. I am a golfer, but did not try to use the course. But it looked beautiful as we drove in. Finally, the price was really reasonable. Bad news: if you...
