"They had me in lobby since 1130 pm to 500am waiting to get room cause lights went off at 5am when they found out was going to stay for 3 nights guy says ill open room so u and family can get some rest well fix inconvenience said ok in morning at 8am still no light and went to talk to manager susan o sandra and they said had to pay full rate cause sleeping there said ok guess told her still no light she said nothing due for refund so said im stuck cause already payed was in second floor...
