Tom was very responsive to any needs. The location was also perfect. We enjoyed floating on Suttle Lake and tubing the Deschutes near Tumalo. "After a 9 hour delay to our flight and missing our connection to Redmond, we were concerned the trip would be a bust. We arrived at 10 AM the next morning and decided to hit the pool. It was heated and the food was good. We went to downtown Bend for dinner and had an amazing time. Worked out at the gym and hit the pickleball courts the following day. There was lots to do and we didn't get everything in we wanted to with our shortened trip but we had a great time."
