"I used this space a temporary home while in Bend and working remotely. The condo was exactly what I needed for myself, and then for my husband when he joined me later in the week. For those that are sensitive to sounds, be aware that this is a ground floor unit. While it was bothersome at times for me because it did get to be overly "obnoxious" from time to time, overall I was okay with the fact that you could hear the tenants' upstairs movements because that's just part of the "condo style"...

"This cottage was comfortable and cozy. However, the bedroom window faces a busy street and I could hear traffic easily. The first night they were paving/doing road work all night (would have been nice to know, I would have selected a different location as I was on a working trip.) "I stayed at the condo by myself with my puppy for a few days of R&R. The condo is very cozy with a beautiful view of the river. The sunrises were amazing out the living room window the location is excellent. Great walking path right along the river. Close to restaurants and shopping. The price was amazing! I would definitely stay there again!"

"Overall - this place was great. It was clean, the kitchen was stocked with pans/pots to cook with & other things you would need and might forget (cooking tongs, spatula, etc.) The hot tub was nice as was the back yard area. The location is fantastic. A short walk and you're in the old mill shopping district or at the Hayden Amphitheater - there's lovely walking paths by the river and a dog park (and a cute "dog beach"), it's near a lot of restaurants and grocery stores.
