The labeling of everything and instructions were very helpful, they supplied all the necessities and were very responsive with any questions/communication. We loved our welcome basket too! The location and neighborhood are great. We had albatross nesting right outside our door (the way they greet each other was so fun to watch/hear) and we saw a couple whales surface at a distance from the balcony. "Great villa for a small family. Easy walk to the 1 Hotel for dinner/drinks. Villa has everything you need…beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. Only negative is the roosters in the morning (villa cant control)!!! Thanks"
