"This is a great home located in the heart of Princeville. Beautiful sunsets from the deck and nice North Shore Breeze is always blowing thru the house. The new pool and spa are amazing. Short walk or bikeride to all the good beaches and bars in Princeville. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family."

"This was a great stay. House has everything you need including great beach toys, a cooler, snorkelling gear and even bikes for the kids. Kitchen is very well appointed. "Three friends meet annually for a week long vacation. We loved our time spent on Kauai! Our condo in Princeville was well situated to explore the whole island. We enjoyed several beaches, many fine meals, a botanical garden tour, a coffee plantation tour, and explored a lot in our own. I highly recommend it!"

"For my 50th birthday I brought my best friend my two sons and one of their best friends to Kauai! We had an amazing time and loved our stay in Ben and Linda's home! It is beautiful, comfortable and the strategically placed lanai offers the most amazing view of the regal mountains and the best place to spend a peaceful morning listing to and watching the array of birds who visit the trees and plants in the gorgeous landscaping!"

"The property is an older resort that has done many updates. The pool area and grounds are beautiful. Our room was a one bedroom suite that had some new upgrades. Our biggest surprise was that there was no A/C in our room. There were fans provided for air flow, but the unit definitely needs to have A/C. "

"Everyone was great! Property was clean and easy to get around. Took a minute to figure out we didn’t need to ride the cart every time to our room. Front desk staff was not very friendly, so we just stayed to ourselves. Despite the front desk we still plan to go back!"
