"Ron and Pam's condo is our new favorite place on Kauai. Having stayed in numerous places around the island over the years, this condo tops the list! Proximity to north island attractions is amazing. The place was very quiet and a laid back type of vibe. All amenities you could ever need for a family were there waiting for us! Comfy beds, a well appointed kitchen and very comfortable sofas were great for lounging and reading at 4am when mainland jetlag was kicking in!"

"This house could not have been more perfect for our family vacation. The neighborhood was beautiful, the house was beautiful, and the views from the house were stunning. We had 9 adults, 1 teen, and two toddlers and needed 5 bedrooms. This house was perfect. We all fit comfortably! The location was perfect too. Nothing was really in walking distance but still so close and a short drive to beaches, dining, shopping, and sightseeing. Highly recommend this property for large parties. "

"Just waking up to the sights is well worth the money especially every morning, its just paradise. Looking down at the golfers try their best! The bay in the background. The birds come to say hello im the morning at the deck while you're having a cup of coffee. The geckos come in the afternoon. The breeze in the night. The starry night. The closeness to the beautiful hideaway beach(10 minutes incluing climb) a coupl of blocks to check out the spectacular sunsets. The list goes on and on. It's aa...

"We are a family of 7 adults. The house was perfect for us. Located just a few minute walk from the beach. Shopping, activities and restaurants were close by. The home itself has everything we needed and more. Beds are comfy. Lots of xtra quality items like plush towels, shampoo and soaps. Thank you for making our stay exceptional. "

"We loved the proximity to Hanalei Bay and that there was a shopping center nearby. It is close to everything you need. The third floor was perfect to get together with family every night with views of the ocean and pool. Parking is tight if you arrive late so be aware. Also, two of the bedrooms on the bottom floor so keep this in mind if you have anyone that could struggle to climb a bit All in all, we enjoyed this place a lot. Sad to leave such a beautiful island!"

"Wonderful house! We were 4 adults and 3 teens/tweens and had plenty of room. All beds were very comfortable. Lots of beach gear in the garage (chairs, snorkel equipment), well equipped kitchen. Note that golf course maintenance starts around 6 am (quite loud in the upstairs master bedroom, so early risers or heavy sleepers should choose that room 😊). The bathroom upstairs is large and amazing. Overall, we had a great stay. "
