"This apartment suited our needs. We were in Seattle for a concert. The apartment was close to transit, convenient stores for a few groceries and a great Vietnamese restaurant, Ba Bar. The host had great communication. The beds were very comfortable! The apartment was a bit run down and some areas needed a deep clean. The futon/couch in the living room was uncomfortable for watching tv. In general though, we were happy with our 2 night stay here. "

"This property is well-maintained. Beds were comfortable. We stayed with another couple. Each of us had a bedroom and bathroom. So that worked really well. Kitchen was stocked with enough pots, pans, utensils. My only nit, is that the property is near a major street and there was a fair bit of noise. We went on a great walk down to the waterfront. The neighborhood is well-taken care of."
