"This was a great property. Perfect location that was 30 minutes to downtown Seattle. Charles was there when we got there to greet us with his 2 dogs and show us around. Our dogs enjoyed meeting them. Charles was very reaponsive throughout trip. Wone of the tooms has an air mattress that my daughter didnt love but otherwise this was a 5 star location for us! Charles also made sure we had a larger table to eat and play games!"

"A good place, that worked well for my family. Host communicated very well. Location was perfect for our needs. There are some quirks to the property Lower level apartment, so you can hear upstairs movement and talking. No sink in the kitchenette. Tall people will have to watch out for the vent. Nothing major, we would stay there again. "

"This is a very old property, some of the facilities like the cupboards need to be updated, however i loved the generous space of the accomodation. Some of the staff were very sour, however some were also friendly. The breakfast provided was as expected,minimal. But the surroundings were beautiful and quiet. I would book this location again."

"Great front desk welcome - however agent announced my room number to others in the lobby. Was given a room where smoke alarm was chirping, next room was fine. Then at 10:30p, building wide alarm went off, I gathered up stuff and left the building, waited for the alarm went off after a while. There was no communication from the hotel at the time of alarm, or at checkout. "
