"Was a lovely stay, great set up and location, perfect for lots of shopping and good food, the only downside was that the shower was not very hot at all, after a long day in the cold a hot shower was something we really needed, so we did spend most of our stay freezing unfortunately, bed was very comfy and was fabulous that you could connect your own Netflix to the TV, thank you for a nice weekend away :)"

"Great fir a weekend for two in Brighton, very central, lovely location. Lovely apartment, basic but everything you need and everything worked as expected. Lots of stairs, not abproblem for us, but worth noting. Would definitely use again."

"Great little flat in a good location. This glat has everything you need to stay for a few days or for the week. Please make sure you ask for the paeking permits before arriving otherwise you will struggle to find parking but for £5 a day, i could not complain. The living room was cosy and the bedroom very comfortable. 30 minutes away from the seafront and 16 mins from the lanes makes it a good location for a fair price."

"It is the perfect property for location and panoramic sea views. The apartment was tastefully furnished with comfortable beds. James was waiting for us at the apartment on our arrival and throughout the week was on hand if we had any queries. There was plenty to do and everything was within walking distance. I would highly recommend the apartment and Brighton, especially if you are a food lover! Perfect!"

"We have chosen the olace due its good location in Brighton - very close to train station (5 mins) and close to all the things you need (groceries,restaurants, etc). Easy to walk to the beach - just 15 minutes. It is self check in with key pick up approx. 5 minutes away, very convenient. "A perfectly situated flat in the heart of Brighton; well maintained, clean and comfortable. Our host was fabulously attentive and answered all our questions very quickly, and was extremely approachable. The flat is literally on the doorstep of shops restaurants bars and the beach! It's small but functional and since I moved out, the women that manage this properties have done loads of work and it's really lovely now. Fortunately also, the communication with the flat owner was excellent HOWEVER the service provided by Guest Ready was absolutely appalling… For the three first days of my stay, they kept on asking me to pay for a deposit that I had already paid for at the moment of my booking. "Location within the Harbour very nice. Could be a little far from city centre for some. Lots of number 7 buses for commuting. We have stayed in many types of accommodation in Brighton and Hove and this was a first. Really enjoyed our stay. Small basic and fun."

"Be prepared to be disappointed if you book at this property. While the property is functional and clean, it has a number of issues that are not properly disclosed. Firstly there is a scaffolding that blocks the entire main view of the beach - so you don’t get the view shown in the pics. Secondly, this is a ground floor unit right on the busiest street in Brighton / Hove - noisy almost all hours of the day and night.
