"My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay. The owner was very responsive to all communication and was very nice to let us do a late check out. The house was plenty big enough for 4 adults, a child and two small dogs. Its in a great location central to everything in Erie. The house was clean upon our arrival and remodled very nice. For the nightly weekend rate it was more than resonable. My only complant would be that the outside stairs were covered in ice when we arrived. I know ice has been bad...

"We stayed in this home while our own home was having some renovations done. It was clean and pet friendly, which was great because we were able to take our two cats with us. I emailed the owners with some questions I had. They quickly responded and were very friendly. We were very comfortable in this home and enjoyed our stay there! As an added bonus, they even have sound machines to help you sleep at night. I loved it so much that I bought one for my own home!"

"Loved the propery. Perfect for multi-age groups. There were numerous gathering places indoor and out for every age yet the set up allows for equal privacy. Despite being a 5 min walk to downtown the neighborhood is quiet with a beautiful park view. "

"It is an older home. It was perfect for a one night stay. Things that could be improved: The steps were somewhat cleared of snow, the driveway was not. It should have been cleared. We were able to pull one car onto the drive, but the smaller car would have gotten stuck and had to park in the street.There were no hand towels or soap in the bathrooms. We had to use the dish soap from the kitchen and wash cloths to dry. It also would have been nice to have a top sheet on the bed and not just the...

"So nice not to have to worry about your pet which is our family. The place was very convenient for having an animal.I definitely would recommend this place. There’s no carpet in the place so it’s much better for animals that were there before yours so it can be clean."

"This place was perfect for two days of skiing at Peek and Peak resort. Less than a ten minute drive to the resort meant I could come back for lunch if needed. Comfortable house with everything you could need (except a tea pot! LOL). Plenty of room to walk the dogs and enough room for dog crates. Would recommend and will be back next ski season for sure! "
