"Overall I really like the hotel. Just a couple of things that could be resolved. The elevator was out of service in the wing we stayed. Also my daughter said the pool water was cold."

"We booked here last minute after a snow storm had us stranded. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. It had a spacious living room area with a sink and mini fridge, desk and couch (double pullout bed). The sleeping area had 2 separate closets. Very spacious, clean and inviting room. The room had 2 TVs. I didn’t visit the pool but the rooms and other common areas are updated. I’d for sure stay here again. The location is close to a lot of great shopping spots as well."

"As I have mentioned in many prior reviews, this is a great mid-priced property. The staff has always treated me, with a smile at check-in.They go out of their way, to accommodate any special requests. Housekeeping is exceptional, with my guest room always very clean. There are basically 4 room types, with superior king's my favorite. Depending on location of your room, the WiFi can occasionally be iffy. Due to my work requirements, I have now stayed here in excess of 100 nights. Highly...

"Peggy (Breakfast woman )was the BEST and so friendly and even great to all the people. Very crowded and lots of kids (a whole hockey team) but very accommodating. Desk staff great too ( friendly & helpful)"

"Absolutely adorable property. Stayed one night in the winter so it was a little cold (bathroom floor was FREEZING but fine with the bath mat), but could see the potential for a great summer vacation. Staff was beyond nice. Because it was winter they had a Dyson space heater in and working, definitely needed!!! The room was small but clean and beds extremely comfortable. Would have loved to spend more than just an overnight, passing through. "

"It was fine but the suite itself showed a bit of "wear and tear." The blinds in the one bedroom and living room had issues and there was a small place where the carpet was fraying in the living room area. Other than that, all was well."

"We had a great stay over Thanksgiving weekend. The amenities were a big hit with the family. The house was great for us but it felt smaller than the pictures show. "

"Gorgeous property and views! Nice open floor plan. Comfortable beds and pillows. Ground floor shower was great. We had older children, young teens and adults - all had a wonderful time."
