The bad: -There is certainly someone residing there on a regular basis as there were used bathroom products, shoes in the doorway, and other things left around the house. "I had the pleasure of staying at Villa des Iris at the beginning of December. For the first time after several months of traveling, I unfortunately, made a mistake in my dates and arrived unannounced and unexpected. That said, Jack and his wife were so welcoming and kind and accommodated me for 2 (vs the originally booked 1 night). I was the only one staying in the villa, but I had a very cozy and wonderful stay while I visited Bervais and Amiens."

"The host were very helpful and beyond kind, just amazing genuine people! Property is convenient for visiting Chantilly and Senlis as it is located in a quiet village right in the middle. Breakfast is simple, good for short stay but pretty much the same every morning so could get boring. Everything was clean and seemed fairly new. The only thing I didn’t like was the black mold in the shower…but the hosts seem to be the type of people who will take care of that after seeing this, so probably will...

"Travelling to and from metro to the property is not safe at night. there is a square where a few group people watching you when ever you pass that area. therefore we tried to come home before night and not travel at night. due to this I have to booked a night at van de Europa to watch the fire works at the Disneyland. it is cost extra for us when we are thought we can travel from our property. "
