"Great place to stay in a pretty neighborhood. The area was lovely - so close to the Eiffel Tower, lots of local restaurants and a really pretty street. The apartment was nicely decorated and comfortable. It was easy to get in and communication was excellent. Only two small negatives: The shower drained pretty badly and it would have been useful to have tables/nightstands by the bed. Also electric sockets by the bed. Otherwise it was ideal. We would definitely stay there again. "

There were plenty of restaurant opinions nearby and a coffee shop adjacent that was excellent. Walkable to all major sites. The metro was nearby also which was a plus. "The location is outstanding for visitors to Paris, on a fairly quiet little side street connecting to two busier, tourist-oriented streets selling almost everything we wanted. Easy walk to metro, RER and several of the best museums. Neighbors were usually quiet with a few 4 a.m. exceptions. "We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in central location. We feel safe as only guests with code can enter the building. The rooftop is wonderful. We have 8 people. For Paris, the apartment is decent size and nicely decorated . Pascal always responded promptly. We had to buy additional soap, shampoo, and toilet papers but it’s no big deal. The dryer took very long to dry (3-4 hrs for a small load) so we did not use much because of that. Other than that, it’s a great experience. Thank you."

"This space was pretty small, as we were coming from London where we had more rooms and an additional bathroom, but this location was just perfect! We traveled in the first week of June 2024 - two adults and our two children (16 and 18 years old). It was SO EASY to get around on the metro from this location, and of course walking to the Eiffel Tower each night was easy, too. There are a lot of restaurants around the neighborhood, really, you can't get better than this apartment! 100% recommend!"

"We stayed for a week in late spring with 8 people. A few had to sleep on couches but they were comfy. Having A/C throughout and laundry was very nice and not too common. Overall we had a great stay with the location being central, within steps from the metro and with tons of eating and shopping. Friday night partying was off the hook in this neighborhood, but once inside you would barely know it was happening. Felix and Virginia are great hosts too. Can't ask for much more."

"The location of the property is perfect, a few metres from Place de la Concorde. We had a studio on the ground floor which was spacious and perfect for a few days in Paris. It is close to the Metro (and the rumbling of trains can be heard but you quickly get used to it). and a short walk to the Louvre. We were very happy with our choice and would definitely book it again. "
