"Gated community was nice and quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable. The two beds are really only usable for one person. We had two couples and half of each couple had to crawl over their partner to get in/out of bed. The sill of the shower is tilted so that all the water that hits the glass door just runs out onto the floor - we put towels down to soak up the water, but you can tell this has been an issue for a while. Overall, it fit our needs, but for the cost, could have been better."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful view of thunder mountain. Very clean and well maintained property inside and out. Perfect size for 2 people. Really enjoyed the decor aesthetic. Hot tub is clean and very well maintained. Perfect location to walk to trail heads and just far enough away from the touristy parts of sedona."

"Could not have been happier with this property. The location is great with off street parking. close to many shops and restaurants. The house is immaculate, bedding was excellent and very quiet. The host was easy to communicate with and had no problems. Would highly recommend and will stay again. "

"Everything was clean and we appreciated the washer/dryer and the massage chair. Beds were ok and kind of enjoyed not having a TV for distraction. Only two forks in the drawer so bring your own or buy some compostable ones if you have more than two people. "

"Came for a short visit from WI. Great location and view from the property. While we were gone most of the day exploring, the hot tub and sauna was the perfect way to unwind! We had 7 family members total with age range of 10-70 and it provided the perfect amount of space for all of us. "

"VERY clean unit with lots of windows and light. Loved that about the house. Super comfy bed and cute bath. Heater in the living area really does heat the entire unit quite well. Kitchen was quite adequate for our needs and it was nice to have most of the space of the unit devoted to comfy sitting areas, a nice dining area, and a generous bed and closet area.
