"Check in communication was great and it was easy to park the car.Due to recent snow fall it was possible to ski in and out which was a bonus. Unfortunately on arrival we found that the previous guests had left parts of the apartment uncleaned and the concierge had missed this. "This is a beautifully decorated old chalet apartment with good size bedrooms and living space. The Sauna and hot tub are also fantastic to help relax at the end of the day, although to get to the hot tub you have to go out of the main door located next to the road, so not totally private, The kitchen is well equipped and also has raclette machines and a hot stone for a typical Haute Savoie style meal.
