"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. "We have been to Ilhabela multiple times and stayed at different places . This place is exceptional. Luxury but humble, the perfect location and wonderful view. Apon checking in our room had bugs on the bed and then when we killed them we were woken up to more bugs crawling on us.
