"I booked through Orbitz and they had pictures of nice bathrooms and rooms, but the room we got was dark, super basic and the bathroom was tiny. My wife refused to stay there. Luckily they were able to upgrade us to a better room for $US160 for 2 nights to a very nice room. Still the shower was a mess, couldn’t figure out how to make it the right temp, had a weird setup. "As fotos não mostram a realidade que se encontra a pousada. Existe a necessidade de uma reforma urgente, os quartos cheiram mofo, banheiros tem infiltrações, as portas das sacadas estão com a madeira podre. Apon checking in our room had bugs on the bed and then when we killed them we were woken up to more bugs crawling on us. Great time on the Island Ilhabela

"Very good friendly and relaxing stay over.Family orientated, family environment, very good high quality material being used for building and interior etc., all full functional. Breakfast could be better (on benchmark international), coffee being prepared in pots (individual coffee machine preferred with beans) should be better. Very quiet and harmonic still being very closed to the road, nature in the garden full visible, birds singing in the morning, fitness center, tennis court, swimming and relaxing pool. Summary: Fantastic stay with tendency to repeat again. "
